I continued west to Groningen, I have been here before, it is a nice city, I planned to stop for lunch in the centre but it was too tricky parking and negotiating all the pedestrian only streets! I tried but gave up cyclists giving me no mercy passing in front and either side in normal kamikaze mode!
I found myself a bit lost but spotted a sign for the A7, the right general direction.

Currency and language problems
... my ticket. The old man probably didn't understand a word of what I said and looked **** scared upon my request. I tried again with a middle aged couple but got refused. It was the first time I felt that life is probably not so easy in a strange land where people hardly speak the same language.

... zu bringen. Da hab ich dann Elisa beim schwimmen zugeschaut und danach sind wir dann nach Hause gefahren. Das Abendessen gestaltete sich etwas schwieriger, weils Elisa gar nicht gut ging.
