... Face time with Rachel and we saw Alice, how much she has changed in a month. She gave us plenty of smiles and a few gurgling noises and very much more alert and looked so pretty in her summer dress. Rachel looked so well to which was lovely to see.The next day was cooler so David and I got our bikes off Sega and off we went for 12 miles round trip, all along the coast, they had special cycle paths called the Vendee á velo, we rode to the port where we were going ...

Walked down the Main Street to the cathedral where there were loads of cafés and restaurants around a main square, and a little playground and water fountain, which Benji enjoyed enormously. Opted for a "light" lunch, baguettes and orangina, but was delicious. Explored a bit more around the marina and ...
