    ... internationals", getting up to speed on the issues and how to work within the US Naval system, while planning his itinerary for gallivanting around the USA (Kate & bub will be tagging along). We are loving normal work hours and Rich has gone from a 50 minute car commute to a 10 minute cycle! Kate, surprisingly, has been up and down about being a lady of luxury but has started to find her groove and the perks (for the short future anyhow) ...

    ... town. The 2 of the main casinos have free shows in the evening. The Mirge has a beautiful oasis scene where a giant volcano erupts every 30min, and the Bellagio Casino has a colourful fountain display in time to music (the ending of Oceans 11).

    We walked around drinking and looking at the sights and watched a very good band playing covers in Planet Hollywood Casino.

    So Counts Kustoms. What is that, you may ask? Well, Mac is a big fan of Counting Cars, a show on the History Channel. The star of the show is Danny "The Count" Coker. Danny and his shop, Counts Kustoms, restore all kinds of cars. Our son got the car gene, so he’s been into the show for a few years.

    ... of meals and to see parts of San Diego. Meanwhile, I slept. Sinclair visited as well, and I do not really remember that either. And our friend Alicia, who we stayed with all the way back at the beginning of the trip in Raleigh and Wilmington was in town for business so she stopped in to see me as well. Sadly I do not remember that either! But I do know I was glad to have visitors and not be alone, even if I was in and out of it the entire time.

    ... the older brother was rubbing the little brothers face into the glass, it was hilarious!

    We checked out a few more of the smaller exhibits and the Falcons and Eagles then decided to call it a day. We got back to the apartment after a pretty hair cab ride, our driver was hopeless and was getting beeped by all these cars, at least we made it back in one piece!

    Today we went to Seaworld, the park opened up at 9 but we couldn't get through to any of the exhibits ...
