After staying the night not too far from Trebic's town centre, we decided to walked in to take a closer look. Roamed through the main street before heading up a nearby hill overlooking the town. ... woofers! She is a very hard worker (apparently) and absolutely lovely. She can speak fluent English and German and Czech of course, and teaches all three languages in her spare time. Czechs learn to dance in school, and Jan happened to travel with a competitive Czech folk dancing troupe, so I was in good hands. I have promised to remember my moves at least until we meet in again in Olomouc later this week. One thing I now know: Czechs have got some skills on the dance floor! --Ann
Day 15: Today we continued on our travels and we crossed the border into Czech Republic and today we are going to Brno. When we got there we went to Brno Technical Museum. It was a nice museum and we learnt a lot. We really enjoyed ourselves. After lunch we went to Brno Zoo. It was a nice zoo and we saw Giraffes, Zebra's, Tigers and Seals and many other animals.
