Paul thinks he is safe ordering tostas, which we have found is usually toasted breads with different toppings. Eventually, the Carretera, which we've been able to see in the distance for some time, looms just above us and after one last effort (assisted by just having eaten the last chewy bars of the day), we're back at the car - and the weather has finally cleared up completely.
