    ... fate of all photographers of not being the only one there to take THE shot of the falls. There were many experts including tripods and humungous lenses and they will get in the way. One guy in particular in a bright red top stuck himself halfway up the falls complete with tripod and managed to foul up everyone's shot. Undaunted, we scaled higher and "shot" photos around him.

    ... talk. We did finally summit and the parking area at the top was not as nice as others I had experienced. It was also narrow at points (I even witnessed an accident in front of me) and it was parked up. We managed to find a spot but then you have to walk up a LOT of steep stairs. Mom just couldn’t do it.     ... and we decided to pack up the car, check out of the hotel, and drive up to Cathedral Ledge and see if the rock had any routes were dry enough to climb. Things were a little wet, but we did a two-pitch climb called "Fun House". Ben did a great job leading the route. The first pitch was wet and slippery. The water on the rocks was one thing to worry about.
