One clothes shop we went into had a large display that sold what looked like shells but when you looked closer & shook them they had hundreds of little hermit crabs inside and they all started crawling everywhere. Well today we set of down the Californian Coastline starting at Highway 17 which takes you through the Pebble Beach run golf courses, we ended up at Pebble Beach itself where I spent some money on golf gear just to treat myself, we then had lunch looking ver the course, I think the next time I come here I need to play the course, I was last here thirty years ago and hopefully it won't be so ...

... so I followed it. I passed a litte fenced off building with barbed-wire around it, and a post with at least 10 cameras on it.
I decided to continue up the path for about 5 minutes. When suddenly a police siren went on and a voice on a loud speaker said " You are trespassing, please go to the bottom of the hill and wait for an officer to cite you for trespassing".
At first I wasn't sure if it was talking to me, I saw other people out there, but I turned around laughing ...
