      Today was a trip to a State Park about 1 hour's drive north of Coppell. Whilst most of the drive was along freeways we passed through farming country with horse ranches and cattle before entering the park.       I awake early and plan an early run to Dallas. As Anzac Day was coming up, I had researched and found a dawn service in Houston so I could only be in Dallas over night. I had one thing in particular I wanted to see in Dallas; I had to do it today. The hotel in Amarillo was right next to the highway so I was on my way and out of town quite quickly.
