    9. High chair - We swear she wakes up some mornings and says "high chair."
    10. Hi-ya and Bye bye - She has been saying this for quite a while. Very sweet to hear that little voice and the drawn out words. Very Texan!

    I am sure I have left out quite a bit of stuff that she has picked up on, but those are the ones most memorable to me. We are so proud of how much she has grown!

    Our first stop on the road to South America was an overnight in Dallas, Texas on Spencer's B-day. So, I scouted out a famous BBQ place that was close to the airport and our hotel - Hard Eight Texas BBQ was it! We ordered a tray of meat - seriously. We chose a sampler tray of different meat including; beef brisket, chicken jalapeno poppers, spicy sausage, and some beef skewers plus we added corn on the cobb. Everyone's favorite was the beef ...

    Dallas and fort worth

    ... what we were expecting but impressive nonetheless. They have a street in fort worth that you can walk up with drinks, but if you step into some other streets you can be fined. They have a longhorn cow you can get photos on, a whole heap of cowboy shops (you can't actually buy cowboys there.) and there is also the rodeo walk of fame - No one we recognised...
