    ... north it cleared and the sun sort of came out. It was chilly though.

    We drove up Route 1 thru Narragansett and saw the remains of the casino - apparently it was once quite a destination until a storm took out most of it. We ended up in a little mom and pop hotel.

    ... the Breakers – home of the Vanderbilts – and numerous other massive homes. So we walked down to the bus station and hopped on that. We weren’t sure we’d have enough time to get off and do a bit of the cliff walk so we just did the return trip on the bus. But it still gave us a pretty good look at some of these amazing homes.
