We stopped about 4 miles in to sync up with Ryan. We had quite a bit of road/gravel road ...

We got up at 7:30 AM today but got a late start at around 9:30 AM. It had rained the night before and the weather was still a bit cold at 40 degrees. Mitch and I split the 3 man tent the first day as Ryan met us 4 miles in on the 2nd day. My pack weighed in around 35 lbs and we had 14 miles to hike that day.

Mitch led the entire way, which didn't really change ...

      Day 13 icy cold bits......

A travel blog entry by hilton.janine on Feb 14, 2015

The drive south was cold with some nasty looking snow clouds threatening us. We arrived at Amy and Tim's house who were rotarians we had hosted for a few nights last year while they were travelling Queensland. We then headed out to the local brewhouse for some dinner and a few ...
