Day 9: Kanazawa - Higashi Chaya and Kenrokuen
... plan was to have dinner in one of the old fashioned restaurants in the district. We had two hours to kill before dinner time so i wanted to just throw in the towel and head back to the hotel to catch up on some sleep. Luckily for us Bon convinced me to stay by bribing me with the discovery of a ice cream and dessert store. We killed the time by snacking on local sweets. We had some ice cream on charcoal bamboo pancakes. I had doubts but it tasted amazing. You just have to ...

Last day in the Beautiful city
... are the latest trend at the moment! Everyone is wearing them. I also brought a few other cute trinkets from other stores and 3 pars of shoes. After a lot of hassle and decision making I have the right sizes and colours! We then went to the ninja temple which is very old and is awesome. It is so cleverly thought out. From the outside it looks like a 2 story house but inside there is actually 4 stories and 7 layers. Because it is so only we weren't able to ...
