I was privileged to be given a tour of Bowmore by their head distiller David. I showed up he said what do you want to do, I know you've been on other tours lets do something new. I said cheesy as it sounds I would love to cut some peat. 5 min later I was in wellies on my way to the bog. It was great the head warehouseman Ginger and his apprentice accompanied us.
