... anyone without some nervousness. Mostly though, I'm excited. I know it's going to be an amazing 4 1/2 months that I'm sure will teach me a lot about myself and will give me experiences of a lifetime.

I'll try to keep this up fairly regularly with posts about what I'm experiencing, what I'm seeing and what I'm feeling. I'm so grateful to have this opportunity and can't wait to see what's in store with me over the next 4 months! ...

The day started with a minor flight delay but a short two hour flight into Atlanta for Jared. Natalie was waiting with open arms for a long overdue hug! Our first stop was to the Park Tavern at Piedmont Park. Where we sat under the covered patio by the fire while watching ice skaters try to show off their best moves. ... place of I-85 and 400. Even though I was in the carpool lane I was almost 30 min. late for my original time. At the bag drop my duffel was actually 5 pounds too big. So I took out a liquid bottle and it was still 2 pounds but she let me go. So I said my goodbyes for 6 weeks and took off for security. ... and started over from scratch.... It looks like something out of better homes... amazingly beautiful (and why wouldnt it be, Katie is the female version of me in almost every way)... so our taste is quite similar.

The remaining of the evening consisted of home made chicken enchiladas (Katie's recipe), the horror stories of dealing with contractors when renovating apart of your home, coloring books and goldfish crackers in the flavor of vanilla cupcakes... :)
