First full day in Venice
... take Venice in and glide along the water through the canals. We all loved it. Afterwards, we ate at Rossopomodoro (it sounds fancy, but just means Red Tomato in Italian. Walking tour of Venice plus a Gondola

For lunch we found a lovely trattoria somewhere on the way to the Rialto bridge (I could never find it again I'm sure!!!) called Osteria no 1. Katie had yet another margherita pizza which we shared (rating 7/10).

Servizio is a service charge (abt 12.5%), pays the hired help=tip. So your bill suddenly looks a little larger than one had anticipated initially. We were all feeling quite exhausted. Off to bed early ready for our drive to Croatia tomorrow.
