... It was the first game of La Liga and we had managed book tickets to what I thought would be a hard match to get into. We set off on the Metro about 4 hours before kickoff, wanting to make sure we got there comfortably and pick up out tickets OK. ... to rent one of those bikes with big seats to drive us up to the beach front. Our driver was the sweetest guy from Chile who was here in Barcelona studying and teaching. Barcelona March 31st-April 3rd Monday, the 31st was the real start to my euro trip. Leaving Ireland for 24 days going from city to city. It seemed so weird and so casual that we were going to Spain.
