We made it safely to Poprad, and along the way we were treated to majestic views of the Tatras Mountains and adorable Slovak villages. Poprad itself has a delightful city centre packed with colourful houses and a quintessential white cathedral. ... add 2 kinds of fat: a heaping portion of white cheese and there's some chicken broth in the mix. It's also delicious. We split a dinner of 2 soups and a pork chop stuffed with, you guessed it, sauerkraut and some red peppers to boot. It was plenty for 2 people.
