... Kate and I took a speedboat to the island of Ko Panong where the Half Moon Party takes place. The single light spot guiding us there was hardly comforting. I'm convinced they have Half and Full Moon parties so that they will have a source of light on the way over. In other words, the moon provided more guidance for our boat then the light on the roof.

... last few attractions within the town, updating the blog and taking it easy. Tomorrow i go west to Rayong. I'm not sure what to expect here. If i can get a cheap room and bike i'm sorted, as i can then travel the province under my own steam. However, it seems Rayong is geared more toward the higher class clientele than backpackers. With golf courses and it's ace in the hole, Koh Samet (Samet island) which is definatly out of my price range, we'll see how it goes ...
