... on the rocks and wrote my blog entry for yesterday. Very pleasant indeed. We set off again a little after 2. Although we knew that the lunch spot had been sheltered from the breeze, it became obvious after we left the bay that the wind had picked up and we now had to go straight into the wind for the run back to Dubrovnik - a good 15km of mainly open, unsheltered water. This was the first time ...

It was very worth while with lots of lovely views and the newer town just over the wall also looks really nice and would be a lot cheaper option if you were staying a night. It was really hot - 34℃ but there was the odd ...

A travel blog entry by simonandtally on Jul 12, 2013

... was starting in the city that evening so by the time we finished our meal the marbled streets were filled with crowds either watching or preparing to watch the free performances. They had set up big stages and seating areas for the public to just enjoy it all!! :-) The morning came and we had to say our big goodbyes, but we all had the best time and roll on the next visitors!! Dubrovnik, thankyou and dovidjenya (goodbye)! :-) :-) ...
