We woke up and had reservations for a 2 hour horseback riding trail ride on old Snowmass mountain and Hells Roaring. The entire family went and had a unique experience. ... it now!!! Oh my! We had dinner listening to two oldies sing country music and even had a song dedicated to us! When coming down Independents Pass to find our campground...we saw a BEAR run across the road!!!! It was so exciting to see a bear that was absolutely in its own element...he/she was smart enough to run like hell across the street...I. Was so happy that he looked perfectly healthy.. Waiting for lions and tigers ...
