Took it a bit easier this morning and left at 10am. First stop was literally 5 minutes down the road at the Tillamook Cheese factory. We did a self guided tour of the factory followed by lots of cheese tasting. Then about 2 minutes further down the road we stopped at another cheese tasting place. Yes, we like our cheese. Full of cheese and ice cream ( forgot to mention that part) we drove east. It was about 1 o'clock and we thought we had better stop somewhere for lunch. With no rest ...
The Dish box is scheduled to come today, we'll see... We extended our stay here one day so we leave here Thursday. Meanwhile we are fixing all the things we can with what we have onboard. We ordered parts which will be sent to Barbie and hopefully arrive before we do so we can make permanent repairs The joys of home ownership RV style.

... hauling apples. Both lost. We arrived at our nice RV park and settled in. Our satellite receiver apparently has died. We hope one to be shipped here before we depart on Wednesday. To end the day on another mishap one of the blinds in the living room broke. Tomorrow will be better.

We were actually a little surprised as we drove through western Washington and into Oregon how flat and dry it is. We saw dust devils all day as we drove south. Many cherry orchards, wheat and hops farms.
