We depart in 6 days. Flights and hotels are confirmed and we have many ideas of what we want to see and do. We've added stops to Hong Kong and Singapore! Dave will eat his way around the world...just give me coffee in the morning and I'll be good to go! We are looking forward to trying local cuisine in the places we travel to. ... of this. If I had to associate Nashville with a movie it would be 'Men in Black' - its a diverse and unexpected bizarre place. One literally did not know what character you would meet next but you were sure that you could not have imagined or conjured them - unique and exciting because of this and I loved it. The purpose of this trip was pretty simple: to do nothing and not feel guilty for it. So often while relaxing at home, I ruin it by thinking "oh, I should be doing laundry/cooking/paying bills etc". I wanted to leave town, sleep late, have no itenerary, but most importantly not feel guilty about it. We slept until 11:30 which was fabulous.
