For our first night we chose vintage shops antiques and Jose's Flying Burrito - the wonders of The Garden District (where we are staying) and Magazine Street. The area is very beautiful with big 'plantation' type houses and ornate churches.

As always, we leave the Amtrak station with a very vague idea of where we are, where we are going and how to get there. We ask the security officer where to get the 91 bus, he says ...
