Tomorrow I’m off to Lafayette – about a 2 hour drive – to go
to the very famous Blue Dog Café and a little look around there. Then back to the House of Blues for a Sunday session,
well they don’t call it that here, but they have a live band and its free, what
a lovely way to end my time in New Orleans. On the road again, Monday.

It was only now that I realised whilst I had thought it was 8pm and safe to use the bus, it was in fact quite a bit later. Un uneasyness swept over me, till I realsied that children were still using the bus. Clearly, the information the woman at the hotel had given me was bollocks.

... with a tattoo in an unusual place" Tilla grabbed a woman standing next to her, after she said she had one, and raced up on stage dragging the woman along.... the best one though was "a man wearing nothing but undies, lipstick and 2 bras"... off comes Tillas bra... mine took a bit longer but off it came.. off came all Rodds clothes and on go the bras and lipstick!! Very funny night, once again though I didn't have my camera with me, DOH!

... New Orleans a, comme vous le savez, des racines françaises, donc c’est une ville vivante : belle architecture coloniale, des terrasses, beaucoup de musique (Jazz), dance, voo doo, la joie de vivre, la fête sur la célèbre Canal Street (carnaval) et dans French quarter.
