    ... cramped part of the plane. We were able to reserve bulkhead seating, but they didn't give it to us. We lived. I was able to sleep about 5 hours on this flight which is more than usual. There were some good television documentaries from Australian TV to watch. A good TV serious about the Agony of Living. I want to see more of these episodes on YouTube when I get home.

    We fly through the night....

    ... two pieces of fantastic margarita pizza (the best I've ever had!). Then for dessert, I ordered a humongous piece of chocolate cake the meal cost $133. LA Live had an ice rink just outside the restaurant and it had a huge Christmas tree in the middle. The basketball stadium was also there for the LA team called the Clippers. We were spying on this man who couldn't really skate well, he had a green and blue checkered shirt and he was falling all over the ...
