The ahi burger had a nice coleslaw and aioli dressing. The onion rings are large and crispy with many bold flavors. The Orange Julius tasted good. I couldn't taste the vodka. Is that a bad thing?

... was Casper. I'm not really sure what is in Casper as it was just a stop for us to break up the journey between Rapid City and Jackson Hole. The drive took as back in the direction of Denver and we ended up driving through Lusk again. Fortunately we did not have to stop at the petrol station and there was no diversion this time. The hotel in Casper was a very good Hilton Garden Inn. We had a nice dinner in the hotel and got back on the road the next morning.

It rained most of the night but it has stopped. The morning clouds are low and the air is cool. We had breakfast just down the street, at Bubba's Bar-B-Que; the manager at the hotel told us they served pancakes with a shovel. Yes, they were large and quite tasty.
Not sure if will be riding in the rain today or not. Headed for Logan ...
