... sea and land- a molcajete bowl (a stone bowl) that comes filled with ingredients and sizzles with flavor- and Jeremy ordered the pork shank- a Fred Flintstone sized meat shank covered in a mole/tomato sauce that was rich and flavorful. ... even for me. Oh did grab an apple, which looked awesome but failed to deliver. Oh well we didn't really need a huge brekky.
Fortunately for us the day got better. We headed off to Goleta to see the monarch butterflies. Had to catch a couple of buses, but after an hour we were dropped off quite close to them and in we went. ( the drivers couldn't be more helpful, even when ken over paid old mate gave us a free pass to get home.)
