We pieced together some interesting stories of last nights antics from everyone the next day! A bunch of us got up around 9 so we could actually see the city - we were all feeling very average but probably better than some. After the opulent breakfast buffet at our extravagant hotel, we had a short bus tour that gave us some overviews of a few of the monuments in town (e.g. Sagrada Familia, Columbus Monument) and the rest of the day was pretty much free time.

We wandered La Rambla (a primarily touristy shopping area) and just soaked the city in. A taste of home from the local Hard ...

    Day 3 -Barcelona

A travel blog entry by patricksexton on May 29, 2014

Went on the green route today. Was good as it took us through the 'New Barca' which was like a far superior version of Docklands with nice beaches. We then went up to the other side of the city to a hill that overlooked everything. Akka complaining about stairs/getting lost because we decided to follow our ...
