        Walking the forest, riding the countryside, Bliss!

        ... and soaked in the peace of the forest. Then had a lovely soak in the bath when I got home - truly bliss!

        The next day, I spent the afternoon on Yves' bike, cycling around the countryside. Yves gave me a couple of cycle routes and I managed to do them both at a very leisurely pace, stopping all the time to take photos and talk to the animals - I know, that was weird!!         ... berg = mountain) with the sun on our backs, then we took the cable-car up to the summit and had a bit of a walk in the freshly-chilled autumn air - this is Heidi country and I could feel it all around - the sound of the cow bells (used to keep track of the cows when they're grazing near the forest or on the hills) is such a trademark of this area - and the sight of shops that sell cowbells!! Ever so cute!!

        ... toboggan ride. All of this comes 'free' with the special pass we have to pay for. Since that is no where near free we decided to get our money worth from it. We used the cable car a couple of times, at the top we found a dairy where they make raw milk cheese - yummy.
