Well we now back in Fenelon Falls. The evening prior to us leaving Quebec we decided to go to the Ice Parade at 8.00pm in the evening. It went for 2 hrs and the temp was -26 deg. The parade was very colourful with people dancing, singing and there were many floats. Unfortunately due to the temp our camera wouldn't work. As far as driving goes the Canadians are very polite and courteous drivers with no examples of road rage and despite being in a major city no one blows their horn and they give way to pedestrians all the time and just don't seem to stress out despite the terrible road conditions.

These aren't what you think they are, they are actually flat croissant type pastries shaped like beaver tails covered in things like maple syrup butter, or Nutella, Apple and cinnamon, lemon and brown sugar. Very tasty and fattening.
