Toronto is such a beautiful city with so much to see. This morning most of us walked to the CN (Canadian National) building. It's an incredibly high building where you can walk around the outside and also stand on glass flooring. It was super scary but the view made it all worth while. Ray had spotted some interesting graffiti next to the LBCO so suggested he take photos of that while I head to the loft to drop off the clothing. We passed Buddy and exchanged our familiar greeting - always noting the current weather - and armed with the Key-of-Stubbornness I continued past the grafitti, leaving Ray to do his thing. ... shopping. (Cheap shout too). We took a cab twice to Ikea and the third time we hired a car for a couple of days and then got the goods delivered. Of course as you know Ikea stuff needs to be assembled which Joe has done very well armed with his new cordless drill and Ikea tool kit.
Joe has just returned from a week in Brazil and while he was gone I unpacked the remainder of our 12 air shipment boxes and managed to find homes for everything. There are plenty of cupboard spaces ...
... Woot Woot. Shortly after that email I received another email from Ultimate Oz (Sister Program) inviting me to join the "January Arrival" group on Facebook. Since then I have been connecting with tons of people from around the world who are in the same situation as I am. We have been bouncing idea's off of each other about what to do/see while down under. A lot of people have idea's of what they want to accomplish and it's great to hear about things ...

We made it to Walmart after walking along Queen Street which was full of antique shops and small boutique restaurants. There were quite a few suspect characters along the way. I went to get money from the bank but there was a guy sitting in the vestibule eating and two other men withdrawing money. I decided to keep going as I didn't want to get mugged.
