This fish is steamed and then cooked in spicy soy sauce. The soy sauce has been left to soak with chillies for at least 30 days thus making it extremely spicy.

Finally when dinner was done, we decided on driving into city and just taking a walk on foot to spend the rest of the night...perhaps till midnight.

After being here for about an hour, we decided to head back to the hotel for a break as pretty much that was the plan for the day.
... it is very filling and this was more than enough to be called our lunch for today. After the trial at the village outlet, we were held up a little as it started raining heavily and the next destination that we are heading to is outdoors.
We relaxed for about an hour here and then moved on to the next destination when the rain stopped.
