Arrival in Manali
... staying - has got reasonably priced rooms available. I grabbed a quick shower then met Mindy and Holly, and some other backpackers they'd met - Scott also from Canada, Mika from Finland, and two hippie German guys - for a pizza dinner at the restaurant there. There was a surprise instance of small-world syndrome here - Holly and Scott had been room-mates when they had both been studying at Pune University, Maharashtra state.
