We made it!
... loved Lake Superior and will definitely be coming back. Backcountry canoe camping is also in the cards for a future trip, but probably at Keji next time, where one reserves campsites instead of just lakes.
Would we do it again? You bet! Would we do anything differently? Only spend more time in one spot, if we could afford to go even slower! And possibly do some of the travel with another family with kids, as Seta very much missed having someone her own age to play ...
Fish and Chip supper
... all, I didn't have to cook and it did taste good. After dinner, we had a walk down to the harbour and looked over the bay at the paper mill pumping out plumes of smoke. How beautiful! Then we got on the highway and drove to Antigonish and parked up in Walmart for the night. Once we'd settled in, we watched our daily program and got off to bed.
