    ... in no time. We had enough time to grab some food, Dina grabbed a sandwich and water while I indulged in 3 pieces of KFC chicken. I must remind you that this was around 5:15 in the morning. The flight was again effortless, the only thing to point out was that the Whizz Air gates resembled Farm Sheds and ushered you in as if you were Cattle. However we jumped on the plane and had a few bumps along our way to Dortmund.

    Excellent campsite for the kids, great playground, kids club, disco. Lots of kids around, mostly German. No other English kids, some Dutch. So much to offer for the kids, most seem to come and stay for weeks for holidays. Great indoor heated pool. Good cycle ...

    Away from Ypres by 9.30 in beautiful weather, hot and sunny. Not the best of journeys with several road works plus they closed the motorway in Holland and this added 10 miles and 45 minutes. I had enough to get to Wankum with about 40 miles spare , well that's what I thought just as I was approaching the old German boarder the engine started to cut out so I just rolled into the parking platz.
