... t really mind. When we got into South Beach there was no where to park. Chris dropped me off at La Sandwicherie, a resto that I had been to with my girlfriends when we went to Miami together. I wanted to enjoy a big salad and sandwich for lunch and I knew it would be delicious here so I picked some up for us to split. I also got a couple smoothies to help keep us cool. The plan was to eat lunch on the beach but we were both starving and still couldn't find parking so we devoured ...

... After landing one small largemouth bass, we jogged to the Jeep to try another spot close by. Early in I hooked a nice peacock but it got me around a rock and got off. ... To imaging something being built 1450-1540 on a mountain top of this scale is amazing. Our 3 hours were not enough but we have a ship to catch. The locks are celebrating 100 years in operation and it works like clockwork. From the Pacific, we ...

... headed into Time Square to experience. On the way there, Brad called me and told me he had tickets to the Nets vs Bulls NBA playoff game. Because of this, I only spent a little bit of time at Time Square at dusk and then caught the subway into Brooklyn to meet Brad. - Upon arrival, the Barclays Centre didn't disappoint, being huge and very high-tech, with a great atmosphere. On a negative for Brad, the Nets lost but it was still a good game. - We then caught the train home, watched ...

... the 3 Sisters to the West, We can also get views back to our hotel from here. We pass the Rain God Mesa to enter the restricted area, open only to tours, then pass Thunderbird Mesa with the cleavage of the sandstone in a pattern resembling the feathers of a wing; Sleeping dragon, resembling the dog-dragon out of Never-ending Story; and The Sun's Eye, a cavern with an eye-shaped hole in the roof, and rain stains looking like eyelashes (needing a bit of imagination).
