    ... tick on the list. By lunchtime we were in Salisbury for a look at the cathedral. It's a beautiful cathedral, but I liked the Bath Abbey more, the stained glass windows were amazing there. Salisbury is much larger and the exterior impressive. The 800 years of Magna Carta exhibition that was on show at the cathedral was really interesting. Getting quite warm 20 degrees ...

    ... problem solved!

    Breakfast
    We saw Miriam and Bob at breakfast, chatted for a while and we ate then left, and arranged for a taxi to pick us up. Strange we have to order it, you'd think that there would be a line up of them ready willing and able to take cruise passengers to the terminal … so ours was ordered for 11am as our boarding time was 12. get there a bit earlier and you never know if you can board earlier.

    ... distance. This morning we visited the West Quay shopping centre and I am not impressed at all. We eventually bought a newspaper in Marks and Sparks! They have just done the first announcements and a staff member has carried a load of bunches of flowers. Hope one is ours! The departure hall is getting very full but the process has been quite smooth. We boarded the ship at out 13.45 and were in our cabin by 1.55 it's in the new bit of the ship so ...
