Another day another island, and beautiful weather yet again as we come in towards Tortola. The good news is that we are the only ship in Roadtown, the bad news is that the new jetty and cruise dock is not yet completed so we are tendering. ... already had a balcony and were currently in an inside cabin so there wasn’t a lot of difference really…except that deluxe balconies had a small settee for 2 rather than a tub chair and their balconies were slightly larger. The deluxe obstructed view balcony cabins had basically no obstruction looking out to see but the life boats which were down a deck or two obstructed their view if they looked forward or aft and where the balconies are ...
So the last few days have been pretty busy.
Sine the last post we have been to St Paul's' Cathedral and we actually climbed right to the top which included something around 500 stairs and I will have to admit I didn't do al that well with the heights (265 foot up with see through stairs.)
Brent also took us to the London tower where the crown jewels are stored and we have never seen so much sparkle.
