... our way back to the campground we went over to see Lake Oneida and Sylvan Beach. The beach area also has an amusement park located across the parking lot. The area had a lot of tourists and people seemed to be enjoying the lake and beach area.
Tomorrow we will be in Grand Island, NY to visit the one, the only Niagara Falls. I just love waterfalls and can't wait!!
Once we finish the High Line we wander the streets of Chelsea to find lunch. We settle for some diner food and swap stories about our travels.
We then decide to head downtown and do a bit of walking down to Spring Street. One to check out the cronut place in case for some miracle they had any left on a Sunday afternoon (they didn't) and two to check out Dash the Kardashian store. It was a small boutique that sold cute stuff but nothing that I loved enough to buy.
... We are located right in town and there was an antique car show on the Main Street. The street was closed so we got to walk around and view some of the oldies. There was a 1967 Dodge Charger that Rich's dad once had. I could not find a 1961 Chevy BelAir, only the Impala. It was fun looking at the cars and speaking with some of the old timers.
