After a quiet afternoon back at the
hotel we went to Matt and Lisa's home and had a lovely dinner and
dessert catch up with them. It's so nice to have time to sit and
chill out. After 9 weeks of travelling, we're quite tired so this
chance to not be rushing and thinking about where to next etc... is
Just a little update from Toronto Pearson International Airport We woke to yet another brilliant blue sky! We lacked our suitcases and went for a very healthy breakfast- me fruit and toast. After last nights banquet we could not manage very much. Willie still could not print of boarding passes so it would have to wait till the airport. We have now been in Toronto for two months. Joe has already spent a week in Alaska visiting the Kinross mine there and at the moment is in Siberia visiting two mine sites. He is in Siberia for 2 weeks and owes me big time when he returns as he will be away for my birthday, Valentines Day and a public holiday! Down day. We found out that tickets to the TIFF movies are $240 for 10! That's $24 a ticket....for a movie?! They were much cheaper in New Zealand. Well that's not going to happen. Ted has 6 projects to check out here in the area and some work to finish for his Europe trip for ASU this ...
