    JD is in high gear this morning. Took the truck into town for gas and quick Egg McMuffin breakfast. Pack up was quick and on the road by 8:00 am. JD wants to make it in 3 days so we're trying to do 470 miles today. Destination Dothan, AL. It turned 83 degrees in Montgomery - driving with the windows down - nice!     We checked out of the hotel in Daytona and drove directly to the huge J&P Cycles Shop in Ormond Beach to get a few more items for the bike to make our ride a bit more comfy.     ... wanted to rename me. Now Mom liked Le Shah and I was ok with it but apparently we were in the minority. So here are a few of the suggestions they came up with: TC for Traveling Cat seems pretty good; Buddy, that's ok, Dawg (?), and dad's personal favorite Fuzz.
