... considering we had never seen a moose before. Once the seats were in place and all our bags were packed and loaded on to the bus we were ready to continue our Green Tortoise adventure to Jenny Lake in Teton National Park. Enroute we saw bysen grazing in a field and Pronghorn. Being near the campsite it was only a short journey before our first big hike would begin. At 4,199m (13,775 feet), Grand Teton abruptly rises more than 2100m (7,000 feet) above Jackson Hole, almost ...

... again as we neared Jackson. This is another beautiful area! We were so happy to get to our hotel after a long day of driving. We are staying in a western themed lodge ... tastefully done. We saw the "Cowboy Shootout" at the town square ... not so tastefully done. Then we walked around looking for a dinner spot. We ate at a casual deli and wrapped up the day with a swim at our hotel's lovely indoor/outdoor pool.

Another fabulous day in the Wild ...
