... We have learned that you have to travel over there before 10 in the morning to not get stuck in lineups and have no difficulty with parking!!
It was the wine and olive festival in Edgewater Park today. We visited with people from Washington ,DC,New Orleans and Maryland. We absorbed as much info as we could about New. Orleans ,our next destination.

Our destination Monday was to travel into Tampa Bay for an evening hockey game. Left our apt. By 2pm and found ourselves in the heart of downtown very quickly so made a quick decision to hike over to the TB History center . It was wonderfully informative on the history and settling of the city and the surrounding area. The Indians were here when the first invasions from the Spanish occurred in the 1500 s and still much later ...

... taken over by giggles and raucousness and then proceed predictably on until the early hours until collapse. Me and my roomie (Cary) or Frank (staying at the hostel like a home), Lewis (the man who runs the place) and Ole (a young German on internship) would be around too and we would make our own way together through the night. There is always someone walking in through the door (another guest or neighbour) to add to the night too. I am learning a lot in this place... Love to you all ...
