Yesterday we boarded the Norwegian Epic. We decided to enjoy the Marriott and take our time. It wasn't necessary to b the first on the ship. Turns out we were close to it! We woke early showered had breakfast and were checked out by 10! Bonus pts for checking out by 10!!! Lol. We drove back to Miami and dropped the car at the Avis near the port. Note to self don't ever rent a car from there go to the airport. The line waiting for cars was huge and there was no ...

However, this would've been more useful AFTER I loaded the rental car. This brings me to the first trip related thing of the day. Picking up the rental car. Should be no big deal, but not today. So, on to the dining room for dinner. We chose the Open Seating option for dining which means we can ...

... and is sad the man made changes to the area has altered the course of nature. At nights he goes out catching frogs which he then enjoys for dinner. Fabulous morning out and glad we enjoyed this adventure. Back to shore for lunch in the back of the pick up, we felt like locals. Heading back into Miami we stopped and did some shopping for NYC, boots for Darcy, coats for David and Harry. As yet no coat for me. After returning the car we had a quiet night in and were all eager for ...

... worth visiting tomorrow. I too dozed off and woke about 7pm. The sun was just starting to set, so we both got up and dressed to make the most of the last & only sunshine of the day.

The sun faded pretty quick when we left, it was warm & humid and had been in the 80's today even being cloudy. We walked across to the other side, to a big complex nearby. It had all sorts of eateries. Neither of us were that hungry, only needed a light bite and drink. We ...
