    ... in my first week, I ordered the steak and eggs and Sharon the Eggs & Grits. It didn't disappoint. All the locals seemed to be stopping off there and the place was extremely busy.     ... It looked surprisingly plush for a Days Inn. There was a blue thunderbird Cadillac in the lobby. The Pool and spa area looked good and the beach was out the back entrance and looked nice too. It was still raining, but much less now. We stopped at the poolside bar for a drink. They had been flooded out by the torrential rain last night. After a quick catch up on the free wifi in the lobby, we attempted to check In at 1pm.
