We had lunch in the Land pavilion and after seeing the rain pouring down outside spent some more time inside. We did a train ride through the greenhouse where they grow a wide variety of plants, herbs, fruit and vegetables. Land also features an aquarium so we had a lot to see in there. ... queued up to have our pictures taken with Mike and Sully as Monsters University is big there at the moment. Your never too old to pose with a Disney character! ... the meal plan. Our meal plan is only for cafeteria style dining... not sit down dining. If you pay tons more money, we could have got sit down dining - but the cafeteria style dining was just perfect for us.

Wow.. the portions for each meal are HUGE.... Our first motto when we arrived was "Go Big or Go Home"... Well, after a few meals, that motto changed to "Go Home Big". lol

Another side note... lol ... Walt Disney World goes on about eating ...

The percentage of students that are on reading level is 33% so it's my job (and one other 9th grade reading teacher) to work with the students who failed FCAT and move them up to a level 3. ... when they announced their anniversary of 41 years!

We went back to the hotel and went to the beach to watch the Electric Water pageant out on the Seven Seas Lagoon. It was really cute! Caitlyn wanted to take her shoes off and feel the sand between her toes for the first time, so even though it was chilly, I couldn't say no to that. She was giggling and liked it. Good way to end the night... after our Mickey ice cream bars from the snack bar!
