... saw loads of Dolphins. They were just swimming nearby us. Some by themselves and some in small groups. They were so beautiful and peaceful. We were out paddle boarding for about 40 minutes. We then headed in which was fun with the waves pushing you in. Before the sun disappeared from the beach we had a cocktail and I saw the Argentinian girls. ... a quick ice cream and then got back to the flat earlyish. The next day Nico and Anto wanted to drive back at about 1 to Pipa. So we went back to the beach and the tide was a bit higher so we had a lovely swim/ lounge about in the beautiful turquoise sea. It was so peaceful and beautiful. lovely helpful English-speaking Italian lady I met earlier this week. Had a
good old chat, swapped some books, got ...

... the hobbit hill cane fields,
so small, steep and undulating the cane was being harvested by hand. The
mangroves here seem far less of an open sewer/garbage dump than those in the
city, both Recife and Salvador, where the smell was so bad you could taste it
just passing on the bus – no inclination whatsoever to swim the city beaches!
