Tonight, we had a drink on the balcony at the hotel, looking out over the eastern part of the city which shows some of the public housing initiatives that have taken place in Granada over the years.

Afterwards, we wandered 200 metres up the hill to the Alhambra for the evening viewing under spotlights. Night photography on our camera can be a little unpredictable. We hope you enjoy the photos.

... has been hot, there have been MANY stairs and the overall site has been an uphill climb. We return to our apartment and I am out to it for a good couple of hours! Rather like this siesta way of life! Around 8.00pm, we wander into town to a restaurant recommended by out hostess. She has also suggested we immerse ourselves in some more history tomorrow... the Al Andalus Arab hot baths and massage. ...

... hours touring the Alhambra, before deciding we were way too hungry to do any more, and headed out. At the bottom of the hill, we stopped at the Kebab place for another sandwich. Finally, after lunch we spent some time doing more souvenir shopping.
Around 6:30, we decided it was a good time to head back to Jaen. We took a cab to the bus station and headed home.

... that the person who had stiffed us using the story of construction ahead, had cut us off less than a half mile from our destination.
