So I haven't actually flown out yet, but I'm planning to.. In 9 hours. I just wanted to get my fans pumped up to read more about my adventures.
It's snowing a lot outside (in GFPK). I foresee a nice 1.5 hour bus ride from downtown Montreal to PET airport.
Salut.
Coisas produtivas. Eu escolhi assistir a um filme. My Life In Ruins, com Nia Vardalos ...
... people going elsewhere. Street artists were showing seasonal paintings - snow covered spiral staircases, snow on the streets, snow on the roofs. We truly felt a snow anticipation in the air
Uphill from a plaza was Quartier Latin where we had an evening coffee. Waiters kept asking us in French and we could not shake off a feeling of being in a magnificently unreal place
Several times we saw signs "Come back in May". I wonder...
... a very big mountain but its right in the middle of the city and the cross at the very top is visible from most parts of the city. The metro station isn’t very close so I had to walk down Mont Royal Avenue where I was tempted and then gave in and had another crepe. They are just so yum! I should really be able to order them in French after all those years of the crepe man coming to school but I just feel so much more comfortable speaking in English. I’m ...

... 24 pack) just for me. I don't know what he was thinking. I shared the beer with some of the folks. Made tons of friends. This guy from Jersey (the country) who was pretty funny and had some great stories from traveling around the world. Nick, a guy from the UK who had jokes left and right about everything. He had a joke about everything you'd say, good guy. These two sisters, Sara and I forget the other girl's name. Also this group from NY State that ...

Montreal, Quebec, Canada squeak_1912... through the city and across to the old World Expo '67 fairgrounds. We also ascend to the top of Mount Royal (hence the city's name) for wonderful views in every direction. We enjoy an early dinner with Chris and Jim as we have a train to catch in the morning. It has been a whirlwind visit, but we feel that we had an excellent introduction to this wonderful city. We'll be back, no doubt, and might even plan a tour here in the future! Hugs, Dan
