... way. Yesterday, we decided to use "We Chat" (a free app) so that when we are around WiFi, we can text, and voice or video chat with each other for free! You might want to add this app to your smart phone or ipad also, if you have one!
Well, I better get back to planning and preparing! I'm looking forward to seeing each student and family (that can get up at 4 am ish...) at the airport Monday!

LEt it Snow, Let it Snow, Please Don't let it snow

Well today we couldn't take off as planned at noon because of the snow. I flight was rescheduled to 315pm into DC. It was a long wait but we ladies got a chance to socialize and better acquaint ourselves with each other! Finally about 345 we were off in the air and headed to DC, which we had to push our flight back until 945 and change our flight from flying into Vienna and instead fly into Frankfurt, Germany and then Vienna. Which would have got us there 6 hours ...

Our first town in Oklahoma was Miami (pronounced miamuh...we found out the hard way) where we stocked up on maps and leaflets of things to do on the route, one of which was the worlds largest totem pole! The next town was Claremore, where we encountered our first HUGE pieces of pie - banana cream and peanut butter choc chip. Before stopping off for the first day in Tulsa, we passed another ...

... lunch break was at 10:45a) so we were exhausted by the end of the day…we visited a lot of schools and daycares…the kids ranged from being awesome to being out of control with no measure of discipline able to calm them down. The last event of the day was at an after school program, but it turned out that all of the kids at that program had already seen J.P. perform in their schools earlier, so our visit was quick.
