We drove past the Vehicle Build Centre - a massive building with a HUGE door where the “Crawler” exits with the space craft prior to it being launched. The Control Centre is nearby but the Launch Pad is a safe distance of 5 miles away.

We arrived in Titusville at about 3:00 p.m. to do a brief look at what was happening at the Festival. It was held on the campus of the Brevard County Community College.
