... dogs to the vet - three at one time is quite a feat. Looked for Dunginess crabs but none were available. Had mussels instead.

Friday - The sun came out and I got a peek at the Cascade Mountains. Marti did not have to go to work so we attacked the chairs and finished the task. Our sore fingers deserved a bottle of wine.

... and the occasional madrone would loom up here and there. I soon discovered my spray skirt was not firmly attached, allowing water to drip down my backside. My kayak seat sopped up all the sea water and my pants were quickly soaked. Our first break at Twin Spits arrived soon enough and I clambered out for some hot coffee, granola bars and to stand in line at the Porta-Potty.

... of underwear than anything like jeans or towels. The drum is small so doesn't really allow room for the clothes to tumble when drying. The ended up being really wrinkled so I took them out when they were still damp and hung them around the camper to finish drying.
We did go for a short hike on a trail in the park. That felt good to get out and get some exercise and fresh air. I hope it is the first of many miles!
