Drove straight up to Maggie and Brian's cottage in northern Vermont. Sun shining brightly but deceptively - it was 4deg. Vermont is simply beautiful with its blend of bucolic farmland, mountains and picturesque small villages. We chose to stay in Fairlee as I liked the look of the cosy little cabin that was situated around Lake Morey. What an amazing little haven of beauty it was.
