    ... joins the inland waterways between Lake Ontario and Lake Huron. So much I am learning about Ontario that I didn't have a clue about. In the past we crossed Canada on the Trans-Canada highway to Montreal the one time and the other time we went to Niagara Falls and then on to Montreal so probably took the 401 to travel as quickly as possible.

    The highlights of the day, according to Denis: the visit to the UEL museum/house and the little ferry.

    Every year when March rolls around we can't wait to head to Vermont's best kept secret - Bolton Valley. This year we are glad to have the Casey family joining us for the trip. The temperature at Bolton has stayed on the cool side and the conditions are supposed to be great. We will know soon enough.

    Wednesday Feb 19th
    We docked here at 7am and are the only cruise ship in port today.
    It is another warm day with intermittent showers forcast.
    The mean temperature here is about 86 degrees F. with trade winds that keep the humidity low so it is very comfortable.
    Our tour left shortly after 8am and it started pouring just as we left the ship. We boarde our 4x4 safari jeep that holds 10 people in the back. Our driver was heavy on ...
